1.当時はタレントの情報管理が厳重に行われていなかったこと
現在、社内ではルールの徹底、情報管理の厳密化などの対策を整備しております。
2.事態発生後に問題解決に向けて早期に行動できていなかったこと
スタッフの管理体制の不備、社内での問題意識の欠如がございました。現在は、弊社所属タレントへのコミュニケーションルールの見直し、問題が発生した場合の早急な解決への体制作りを構築しております。
3.事態解決に向けて動いていたものの弊社からの状況報告が滞ってしまったこと
今後、発生した事象に対しては、問題解決に向けて、関係者への逐次報告および可視化などを進めてまいります。
4.事態対応中にも関わらず、加害者が本人の認識できる位置にいたこと
問題意識の欠如が招いたことだと認識しております。ご指摘を真摯に受け止め、スタッフ編成の見直し等、対応しております。
